Bidding:
Each animal offered for sale will be sold
to the highest bidder. Each bid shall
constitute an offer to purchase, and the
final bid shall constitute a binding
contract between buyer and seller. The
auctioneer will settle any disputes as to
bids, and his decision is final.
Terms:
Terms of the sale are cash or bankable
checks. All settlements are to be made
with the clerks of the sale immediately
following the conclusion of the sale.
Announcements:
Any changes from the information of
any kind in the catalog will be
announced from the auction box, and
such announcements shall take
precedence.
Handling and Risk:
Each animal will be at purchaser’s risk
as soon as sold.
